ÇKS POWER ROOF -T

This unique product is not contains petrochemical compounds, bitumen, asphalt, rubber or mineral stones like shingles. It is flexible roof isolation plaster.      ÇKS POWEROOF has a very strong adherence on the surface and use as last layer on roofing systems for isolation and it gives 100% water isolation and 15% thermal insulation. It doesn’t impose heat and cold. It does not ignite spontaneously. If exposed to flame, it turn off automatically without spread the flame. Because of this feature, we can call this product ‘fire retardant coating.’ It has special inorganic pigmented colors that reflect the UV lights.
Areas of use:
Can be used on, all kind of concretes, woods, gas concretes, plasterboards, ceramics, artificial and natural stones, OSB (Oriented Strand Board) Chipboards.
Application:
Over woods, OSB (Oriented Strand Board), Chipboards surfaces, you may apply in two layer with steel trowel and without using ÇKSFIXER. Over metals, glass or PVC (Poly Vinyl Chloride.) surfaces, apply first layer ÇKSFIXER than apply two layers of ÇKSPOWERROOF with steel trowel. According the weather conditions, must wait minimum 2 hours for each layer. This product is water based, it dries when the water evaporate. Because of that specialty, drying time is the inversely with the air temperatures. If the temperature high, drying time become shorter. Do not apply below than 10 Cº. Cleaning the tools, use water and if any spots left, clean with cellulosic thinner.
Drying time:
Applying at 20Cº, 2-3 mm thickness has 2 hours drying period.
Applying at 10Cº, 2-3 mm thickness has 4 hours drying period.
Consumption:
Maximum 3 mm thickness, consumption for 1 m²/two layers.
Density, 0,9 kg/lt. tixotropic (without fluidity) solution.
