Adhesive For Isolation Foam
Product Description:
Power tack adhesive of ÇKS Sound Barier isolation foam on various types of surfaces. Waterbased copolymer, elastomeric and thixotropic, one component adhesive with %100 waterproofing capability. Highly resistant to various climatic conditions. Water impermeable but water vapor permeable structure.
Areas of Use:
All types of concrete, wood, metal, OSB, fiber cement board, geotextile felt, drywall, ceramic, natural stone, glass mosaic, marble etc.
Application:
Any old, loose and swelled paint layers on the surface must be removed. Cracks and splits on the surface must be repaired. Horizontal and vertical areas need to be applied with ÇKS FIXER before applying the first layer of ÇKS PANYAP. Then ÇKS PANYAP can be applied by roller or brush. Surface plastered with ÇKS PANYAP will be ready forÇKS Sound Barier to be fixed on. After fixing ÇKS Sound Barier foam on the surface, roll the dry clean roller over the surface for strong hold.
Drying time:
• Tack dry: 2 hours
• Complete drying: 24 hours
These values are given for 1 mm thickness at 20 ° C temperature,
the values can vary with environmental conditions.
