PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION:
It is a concentrated, acrylic emulsion, anti-humidity isolating primer
INTENDED USE: ÇKS ULTRABINDER is a transition primer designed for applications over any type of materials including plastered concrete, aerated concrete, briquette, and Eternit before finish coat, and ideal transitioning from existing solvent-based paint (after sanding the surface) to water-based paint.
SURFACE PREPARATION:
Remove all loose and flaky paint on the surface prior to coating.
Repair the surface by filling in the holes and cracks with an acrylic-based sealant, plaster, or white cement.
Ensure the surface is thoroughly clean and free of any traces of dust.
Avoid exposure to extreme wind or airflow, and painting in windy weather
The ideal surface and ambient temperature range is +5 to +30˚C.
APPLICATION:
Stir ÇKS ULTRABINDER thoroughly using a stir stick or mixer. Do not mix with any other primes or paints.
THINNING: After the surface preparation; for use as an isolating primer add 20% water to thin, and apply two coats (wait for 2 hours before applying the second coat) by a brush or roller. Thinning ratio for single coat applications using brush or roller is parts water for raw plastered or whitewashed surfaces, and 1:7 parts water for previously painted surfaces.
DRYING/RE-COATING: Dry to the touch in 6 hours at +26 ˚C. Curing time is 12 hours.
COVERAGE: 12-14 m² /L, depending on the surface conditions
POST-APPLICATION CONDITIONS: Surfaces coated with ÇKS ULTRABINDER, allowed to cure for 12 hours before finish coating should be protected against rain, snow, frost, extreme heat, and physical impacts for 24 hours.
Do not empty the primer into waterways, drains, and sewers.

Transport Information: Not subject to ADR-RID and IMDG transportation regulations.
Conditions for safe storage: Keep away from direct sunlight, rain, snow, extreme heat, humidity, and frost. In proper conditions, the product can be stored for a period of 2 years in its unopened original container.
Storage temperature: Store at room temperature

Relative Humidity: 23±2°C; 50±5% relative humidity
