HYDROPHOBIC WATER-REPELLANT HYBRID PRIMER
PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION:
It is a modified hybrid resin-based, water-repellant, slightly flexible, transparent, adherence-improving new generation interior, and exterior primer deeply penetrates pores and fine cracks.
INTENDED USE: When applied to natural stone, plaster, concrete, brick, and the components of shear walls and curtain walls that remain under the soil; applied over plaster, alum and mortar, aerated concrete and brick surfaces, and similar porous, mineral based surfaces; it penetrates the surface, and
FIXES: Eliminates dust formation and chalking in weak surfaces; Supports mineral based and porous texture of substructures of any kind.
IMPROVES ADHERENCE: Improves the adherence of the acrylic and silicon based materials on the surfaces it is applied, and prevents the coating from becoming loose and flaky.
LEVELS: Eliminates partial absorption differences (that appears as tonality) particularly on the repaired walls.
SEALS: When used as a stand-alone product, it reduces the water absorbency of the surface without affecting vapor-liquid equilibrium.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
It is mostly applied on walls or surfaces thoroughly by a brush or roller. It can be applied by a bristle brush in using in circular motion for the best results. However, ÇKS FIXED ASTAR delivers better results when a second coat is applied on disrupted or disrupted problematic walls, and very absorptive surfaces (including plastered or quicklime applied surfaces).
THINNING: READY TO USE, DO NOT THIN.
DRYING/RE-COATING: Full cure takes 6 hours (at 25°C and 50% RH)
COVERAGE: 10-12 m² /kg depending on the surface conditions.
POST-APPLICATION CONDITIONS: Surfaces coated with ÇKS FIXER ASTAR allowed to cure for 6 hours before finish coating should be protected against rain, snow, frost, extreme heat, and physical impacts for 24 hours.
Do not empty the primer into waterways, drains, and sewers.

Transport Information: Not subject to ADR-RID and IMDG transportation regulations.
Conditions for safe storage: Keep away from direct sunlight, rain, snow, extreme heat, humidity, and frost. In proper conditions, the product can be stored for a period of 2 years in its unopened original container.
Storage temperature: Store at room temperature
Freezing Point: Protect against freezing
Relative Humidity: 23±2°C; 50±5% relative humidity
Risk and Safety Phrases: R22: Harmful if swallowed, S2: Keep out of the reach of children. S3/7: Keep container tightly closed in a cool place, S24/25: Avoid contact with skin, and eyes.
