SURFACE PREPARATION PRIOR TO APPLICATION
It can be applied over the surfaces of building materials such as finish plaster, exposed concrete, decorative render, ready-mixed concrete, prefabricated, aerated concrete, Eternit, Atermit, and Batopan, or over discolored silicate acrylic paints for renovation. It can be used with synthetic resin plaster, putty, and in thermal insulation systems. Clean the dust and dirt on the surface. Remove the loose parts by scrapping or breaking. Apply very dry, absorbent, or Akrilik Macun, and apply ÇKS Ustam Astar without thinning by a roller or brush to smooth and fill the surface where necessary. Repair the surface by filling the holes and cracks with Akrilik Macun. You can coat all over the surface with Akrilik Macun to obtain a smooth surface.
Advantages: Akrilik Dış Cephe Boyası that leaves a fine texture on the surfaces has very strong adherence performance. It is wash resistant and rain resistant as per DIN 53778. It is resistant to the weather conditions as specified in VOB Part C. It will not lose color or crack. No film formation. It is breathable. It repels the damp from the surface. It is decorative as stated in Article 3-194, DIN18363. It is impact resistant. It meets TSE5808.
APPLICATION
Add 15% water to a can of ÇKS DEKRASIL Su Emme Dirençli Dış Cephe, and use a brush or roller to apply it over the surfaces prepared for coating application. Leave 2 hours of drying time before you start applying your second coat.
Coverage: If applied as instructed, ÇKS DEKRASIL Su Emme Dirençli Dış Cephe Boyası can cover 0.250-0.300 m² one coat, depending on the smoothness and absorbency of the surface.
POST-APPLICATION CONDITIONS:
Protect the surface coated with ÇKS ULTURA SILKMAT PLAST against rain, extreme heat, humidity, and frost for 24 hours, and against physical impacts for 3 days.
CONDITIONS FOR SAFE STORAGE:
Keep away from direct sunlight, rain, snow, extreme heat, humidity, and frost. In proper conditions, the product can be stored for a period of 2 years in its unopened original container.
